Robertson, Doise set to marry in December

 

Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Adams Robertson announce with pleasure the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Anne Elise to Mr. Michael Joseph Doise, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Lee Doise, all of Lafayette. Monsignor Richard Greene will officiate at the December ceremony during a Nuptial Mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Lafayette.

Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. B. I. Moody III of Crowley, Mrs. Joe Lyle Jr. of Navarre, Fla., and the late Charles Wallace Robertson Sr. of Chattanooga, Tenn. Grandparents of the groom are Mrs. Luke M. Marcello of Lake Charles and the late Dr. Marcello of DeRidder, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Elery Lee Doise of Eunice.

Miss Robertson, whose mother is the former Rosalind Marie Moody, is a 2004 graduate of St. Thomas More High School in Lafayette. She attended Baylor University, where she earned a B.S. in finance and was an active member of Chi Omega sorority. She received an M.A. in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University, and a J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. She is an associate attorney with Jones Walker. 

Mr. Doise, whose mother is the former Mary Jane Marcello, is a 2003 graduate of St. Thomas More High School. He graduated from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity, with a B.S. in accounting. With a concentration in finance, he received his M.B.A. from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, and currently serves as asset liability manager with MidSouth Bank.
