Northside Christian School publishes new cookbook

Northside Christian School has published a new cookbook, “Welcome To Our Table,” just in time for holiday cooking and gift-giving. Selling the first copy of the cookbook to NCS Principal Randy Trahan, center, are, from left, students Dustin Hernandez, Jabin Hermann, Lily Hoffpauir and Playcie Trahan. Recipes were contributed by school family and Northside Assembly of God members. Dishes in the 250-recipe collection range from healthy to decadent, Cajun to Mexican.
