Luncheon fêtes bride-elect Rebecca Privat

Bride-elect Rebecca Gerard Privat of Houston, Texas, was honored with a bridal luncheon held at the historic C.J. Freeland family home in Crowley on Saturday, April 26.

Rebecca, the daughter of Brenda and Kenneth Privat of Crowley, is the bride-elect of Travis Dale Priour of Houston.

Guests enjoyed a wide variety of finger foods and a bar offering tea and light cocktails on the front porch of the old Southern home.

Hosting the luncheon were Sarah Boudreaux, Noelle Freeland, Annette Gossen, Madeline Salvatierra, Emily Sanders, Laurie Suire and Donna Venable.

Rebecca and Travis will be wed by Fr. Ben Drapeau on Saturday, June 7, at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau.
