Annual Christmas Shopping Extravaganza set for Dec. 6

 The Sacré Coeur Kaycee Auxiliary has announced that it will host its 22nd annual Christmas Shopping Extravaganza on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Home in South Crowley.

This year there will be 48 craft and boutique booths offering their wares, including many new vendors from throughout the area.

Additionally, the Extravaganza will once again feature hearty concessions including brisket sandwiches, gumbo, jambalaya and boudin balls. A sweets booth will offer homemade sweet dough pies and candy made by the Auxiliary.

Admission to the event is $1 for adults, with children 12 and under admitted free.

Proceeds will go towards the Acadiana Outreach Christmas Giving Tree, The Desormeaux Center and other church and community projects.

The KC Home is located on the corner of South Avenue E and Elm Street.
