Emile Joseph "E.J." Sonnier

 
Mire, LA - Funeral services will be held at Assumption of the BVM Catholic Church, Monday, September 29, 2014 at 1:00 pm for Emile Joseph "E.J." Sonnier , 54, who died Thursday, September 25, 2014 in a motorcycle accident.
 
Interment will be in the Assumption of the BVM Cemetery, Mire, LA.
 
Surviving are one daughter, Nakisha Dupuis and husband Ski of Mire, two sons, Duce Sonnier and wife Connie of Duson, Digger Sonnier of Mire, two sisters, Debra Trahan of Mire, Lisa Leon of Mire, Six  grandchildren.
 
He was preceded in death by parents, Elmo Sonnier and Lerline Guidry Sonnier, one brother, Glen Sonnier.
 
A rosary will be recited Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 6:00 pm at Gossen Funeral Home, Rayne, LA.
 
Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm and Monday, September 29, 2014 from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm.
