Glenda Vincent McFarlain

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church for Glenda Vincent McFarlain, 60, who died Sept. 10, 2014, in Crowley.

Fr. Mark Miley, associate pastor of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, will be officiating for the services. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Friday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday. A rosary will be led by Deacon Dan Didier at 7 p.m. Friday. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. 

She is survived by two daughters, Heidi Stagg and husband Brandon of Eunice and Kim Diebel and husband Stefan of Collierville, Tennessee; three grandsons, Mackie Jude Stagg, Gabe Fontenot and Noah Stagg; one sister, Darlene Dupree and husband Greg of Gueydan, and one brother, Daniel Vincent and wife Donna of Erath.

Glenda is preceded in death by her husband, Harold McFarlain; one son, Jude McFarlain; her parents, Lanis and Lula Romero Vincent; and three brothers, Shelton, Harold and Ronnie Vincent. 

Pallbearers will be Greg Jones, Jimmy Broussard, Jerry Lanthier, Craig Vincent, Kelly Vincent and Randall McFarlain.

Honorary pallbearers will be her three grandsons, Mackie Jude, Gabe and Noah.
