Duson- A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated for Glenn Paul Bourque, 58, at 11:00AM on Monday, August 10, 2015 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Duson, LA with Rev. Allen Breaux as Celebrant. Visitation was held at Duhon Funeral Home, LLC Chapel of Rayne, LA on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 11:00AM until 10:00PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00PM and resumed at 8:00AM on Monday until just prior to service time. Interment followed the church service and was in St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery in Duson, LA. Mr. Bourque passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda S. Bourque of Duson, LA; daughters, Kendra R. Trahan and her husband, Mark of Duson, LA, Keisha Gardner and her husband, Stephen of Hollowrock, TN; son, Kasey Bourque and his wife, Priscilla of Duson, LA; grandchildren, Mark Trahan, II, Miles Trahan, Maci Trahan, Laci Trahan, Hunter Bourque, Gavin Bourque, Zachary Gardner; step-grandchildren, Bradley Gardner, Tyler Gardner and Devin Gardner; brother, Randy Bourque of Duson, LA; sisters, Shirley Boudreaux and her husband, Carson of Scott, LA, Shirleen Racca and her husband, Robert of Parks, LA, Barbara Duhon and her husband, Jimmy of Mire, LA, Bonnie Navarre and her husband Mark of Rayne, LA, Cindy LaGrange of Rayne, LA and Nancy Solis and her husband, Johnny of Parks, LA.
Mr. Bourque was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Bourque and Theresa Guidry Bourque; grandchild, Sophie Marie Gardner; five brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers were Kasey Bourque, Mark Trahan, Stephen Gardner, Floyd Mouton, Chad Duhon and Shane Dougherty.
