Lawrence James Breaux

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Thursday, Aug. 13, at 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial for Lawrence James Breaux, 82, who died Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, in Rayne Guest Home in Rayne.
Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne.
Surviving are one son, Michael Breaux and wife Rene’ of Crowley; daughter, Debbie Navarre of Lafayette; daughter-in-law, Debbie Breaux of Lafayette; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Guidry of Broussard, Barbara Domingue and husband Willie of Broussard and Linda Breaux and companion Bobby Richard of Rayne; and five brothers, Pearlise Breaux and wife Alberta of Sulphur, Willliam Breaux of Egan, Warren Breaux and companion Anna Cormier of Sulphur, Wallace Breaux and wife Mary of Crowley and Robert Breaux of Lafayette.
He was preceded in death by wife, Anita Breaux; one son, Ronald Breaux; parents, Eva T. Breaux and Calise Breaux; one sister, Gloria Breaux; one brother-in-law, Ernest Guidry; and one sister-in-law, Barbara T. Breaux.
A rosary will be recited Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 7 p.m. at Gossen Funeral Home in Rayne.
Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, on Wednesday, Aug. 12, from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Thursday, Aug. 13, from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
