Rufus James Bias Jr.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 11, at St. Theresa Catholic Church for Rufus James Bias Jr., 55, who was cremated following his death at his home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Monday, June 29, 2015.
Father Godwin Imoru will preside over the service.
Rufus was born in Lafayette on Dec. 30, 1959, as the son of Rufus Bias and Ollie Francis.
Rufus is survived by his wife, Aretha (Clayton) Bias; his children, John VT Bias of Houston, Texas, Freddie Allen Hayes of Broken Arrow and Rufus James Bias III of Friendswood, Texas; his siblings, Melvin Dugar Jr. (Linda) of Houston and Michael Dugar (Linda) of Eagan, Minnesota; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ollie Francis.
