RCE Clay Shoot slated in May

Rayne Catholic Elementary will be hosting its 3rd Annual Clay Shoot on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Ed’s Sporting Goods and Clay Shooting Course, 21327 Chestnut Road, Kaplan.

Shooting begins at 9 a.m. till. Awards, ditty bags and gun raffle, along with plenty of food and refreshments will be available.

Shells for the event is 2-3/4” #7.5, 8 or 9. NO STEEL SHOT. Eye and ear protection is required.

Golf carts, mules or gators will only be allowed -- NO 4 WHEELERS. Practice gun safety at all times. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages will be allowed until after the shoot is completed.

Entry fee is $100 per shooter or $400 for a four-person team.
