Rayne Boosters Plan 3rd Annual Clay Shoot

As announced by the Rayne Boosters Club, Inc., the 3rd Annual Sporting Clay Shoot and Auction will be held Saturday, October 26, at Ed's Shooting Range in Kaplan.

Proceeds earned from the event will support all athletes at Rayne High School.

Cost is $100 per shooter with teams made up of four shooters. Two teams (8 shooters) will travel through the course together.

Golf carts, mules and gators are welcome, but no four-wheelers please.

Shooters must provide their own sheels (7 1/2, 8 or 9 shot only) for the event. After registration, a safety briefing will be conducted.

Pre-registration is strongly recommended to determine the number of categories needed for men, women and youth groups.

Deadline for pre-registration is Oct. 18th. Walk-up registration will begin at 8 a.m. the morning of the event.

Awards and raffles will be presented after the scorecards are turned in.

In addition, all participants will be automatically enter into a drawing to win a Beretta shotgun.

An auction will immediately follow the golf event.

Sponsorships include Gold Level at $1,000, Gun Sponsor $250 or Event Sponsor $100.
