Announces wedding plans

A seven o’clock wedding ceremony on Friday, May 9, 2014, at Vermilionville in Lafayette will unite in marriage Emily June Silor and Tyler David Prejean, both of Carencro.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Claudia Reed and Bobby Silor of Lafayette. Her grandparents are Robert and Bonnie Reed of Lafayette and the late Bob and June Silor. She is a 2009 graduate of Lafayette High School and is employed by Gibson Energy in Carencro.

The prospective groom is the son of Chad and Debbie Prejean of Rayne. His grandparents are Evelyn Sonnier of Rayne, the late Irvin Sonnier, Tim Wilder of Crowley, Vicki P. Guilbeau of Crowley and the late Adam Guilbeau. He is a 2006 graduate of Rayne High School and is employed by Cactus Wellhead in Broussard.

Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Carencro.
