Davis, LeJeune engaged

Robert and Mary Davis of Thibodaux are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittani Nicole of Baton Rouge, to

Cade Andrew LeJeune, also of Baton Rouge.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Michael and Elizabeth Needom of Thibodaux and Lillian Davis of New Orleans and the late Joseph Davis.

Brittani is a 2006 graduate of Thibodaux High School and also graduated from the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Baton Rouge. She is currently employed as a cosmetology educator.

The prospective groom is the son of Jonathan and Stacy LeJeune of Mermentau. He is the grandson of Shirley Louviere of Morse and the late Elmer Louviere, and Lester and Wilda Mae LeJeune of Mermentau. He is the great grandson of Verna Gary of Gueydan.

Cade is a 2005 graduate of Midland High School and a 2009 graduate from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge where he majored in agriculture education. He was a member of Gamma Sigma Delta and Collegiate FFA. Cade has plans to start teaching in the Baton Rouge area.

The couple will exchange wedding vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony on June 20, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church with Reverend Jimmy Broussard officiating.

Following the wedding the newlyweds will reside in Baton Rouge.
