IOTA – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 25, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota for Joyce Lee Hebert “Tot” Leger, 75, who died May 21, 2009 in Iota.

Fr. Donald Leger will be officiating for the services. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Sunday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. to the time of service. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Russell Leger, Sr. and his wife Ginger of Iota; one sister, Brenda Gravot of Iota; two brothers, Harvey Hebert of Egan, and Curney Hebert of Iota; four grandchildren, Kristi Miller and her husband Dwaine of Lake Charles, Joni Dark and her husband Brian of Pearland, Texas, Jennifer Mink and her husband Ron of Houston, Rusty Leger of Poplarville, Miss.; and seven great-grandchildren.

Ms. Leger is preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Leger; her parents, Dennis and Beatrice Guidry Hebert; and one brother, Delo Hebert, Sr.
