Mouton, IRF delegation enjoy Texas Rice Festival

WINNIE, Texas – As part of their trip to the Texas Rice Festival, the International Rice Festival delegation had a chance to enjoy the festival, meet performers and congratulate new royalty.

Members of this year’s delegation included 77th International Rice Festival President Romona Credeur, 76th International Rice Festival Queen Sarah Mouton and Dolores Matthews, Stella Guidry,, Suzy Webb, Mona Mouton, Janet Hebert, Connie Nutt, Bethany Webb, Tristan Perrin, Karen Perry and Janet Pryor.

The group, along with others also even had some down time to enjoy rides, making the trip not only memorable but very fun as well.
