Representatives of the International Rice Festival travelled to Winnie, Texas, last weekend for the Texas Rice Festival. The group enjoyed great food, musical entertainment and carnival rides, participated in a parade and invited everyone to attend the 77th International Rice Festival beginning Thursday, Oct. 17.
