Police make arrest in attempted homicide

Crowley Chief of Police K.P. Gibson reports that investigators with the Crowley Police Department have made an arrest regarding an attempted homicide from December 2014, which occurred in the 900 block of Ross Avenue.
Darnell J. Anderson, 30, of Crowley, who was located in Arkansas, was served with an outstanding arrest warrant and transported to the Acadia Parish Jail with the assistance of The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office. Anderson was charged with principal to attempted first-degree homicide.
"We will continue to work cases and clear them for our victims," stated Chief Gibson.
