BREAKING: Shots fired at Capitol Hill

According to reports, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says one person was injured in a shooting on Capitol Hill Thursday.

Units from the Federal Bureau of Investigation have been dispateched to the Capitol after reports of shots fired near Garfield Circle. Reports say that someone attempted to ram the gate at the White House then fled to Capitol Hill. Shots were fired at the Capitol, but it is unclear by whom.

Both the House and Senate went into recess after the shooting.
