CenturyTel welcomes Perrodin, Fontenot

CenturyTel welcomes Tim Perrodin and Cynthia A. Fontenot, customer care associates, to its staff at the company’s customer care center in Ville Platte.

“Customers visiting the CenturyTel customer care center at 216 Harvey LeBas Drive can meet Perrodin and Fontenot and learn more about services they already have or about other services CenturyTel has available,” said Carmen Todd, local customer care manager.

“Tim and Cynthia can also help resolve any billing questions or simply take a payment. Our aim is to provide end-to-end customer care with a personal touch,” Todd said.

Perrodin transferred from the company’s Alexandria office where he worked for six years in the repair center and 12 years in customer service.
