Attakapas Study Club members share memories of Christmas traditions

The Attakapas Study Club held its annual Christmas social at the home of Ethel Thibodeaux on Wednesday, Dec. 10. Thibodeaux was assisted by co-hostesses Jeri Stevenson, Bettie Duhon, Mae Prather, Jerrie Fontenot, Jackie Keyes and  Barbara Lengefeld. After a short business meeting led by President Lengefeld, Jean Oubre led the program, which was entitled “Christmas Customs.” Members were asked to share memories of Christmas traditions from their pasts. Gifts were exchanged and members enjoyed the delicious meal prepared by Thibodeaux and her co-hostesses.
