Lawn equipment theft from SLCC under investigation

The Crowley Police Department is investigating the felony theft of a yellow 60 inch Hustler Super Z Zero Turn mower and two Kee push mowers stolen during the early morning hours of July 24, from Southwest Louisiana Community College (SLCC), located at 1933 W. Hutchinson Ave. An abandoned trailer that was stolen that same morning from the Crowley City Barn, located on Jack Mitchell Avenue, was recovered at SLCC.
